** PRESEASON CAMP WITH CENTERCOURT

Centercourt Field Hockey HS Field Hockey training this Summer!

This Camp will be focusing on preparing High School players for their season through; skills, game play and strengthening and conditioning. With our experienced coaches' expertise, players will be exposed to a variety of concepts including: dribbling, dodging, passing, receiving, and game-like situations. Each camp day will also have a focus on speed, agility and quickness drills, while strengthening the proper muscles for players.

Camp will be held in our air-conditioned dome on turf! Players will need to bring their own stick, shin guards, mouth guard, sneakers/turfs, and plenty of water.

Dates: Aug 4th- Aug 6th, Tuesday- Thursday

Times: 5:30pm-8pm

Grades: 9th-12th (upcoming freshman)

Cost: $255 per player
